Trust thought for today - back to the bullsh*t eroding trust idea!

I'm doing a workshop for Apolitical on Bullsh*t and the public service building on my Behavioural Analysis Reflection Framework (B.A.R.F.) to help you identify why you and your organisation resort to BS and exploring how to use Ian McCarthy wonderful C.R.A.P. framework to Comprehend, Recognise, Act and Prevent BS. There will also be tips and techniques for avoiding it in your own work and to help your organisation cut it out for good! (OK, I know that's not remotely realistic, but reduce it a bit let's say!)
