Trust thought for today - the importance of inclusion as evidence of trustworthiness and earning trust.

Here is a great new report from the OECD on 8 Ways to Institutionalise Deliberative Democracy. This works too in companies, NGOs and civic institutions as well as governments.

But really important (and included in the report) you do have to take seriously and act on the recommendations you get. And explain when they don't change policies or other priorities mean that different actions are taken. Like to see more examples of how that happens too for future.
