Bullsh*t Analysis Reflection Framework (B.A.R.F.)

Trust thought for today - Understanding why people do things helps to see where untrustworthiness stems from. Excessive bullsh*t in orgs, erodes trust, saps morale, and prevents understanding and connection. But is it a competence issue, an intent issue or an integrity issue? The response will be different.

So I made this for my B.A.R.F. (Thanks to Ruth Steinholtz and Christopher Hodges OBE for the reference to the Scottish EPA Compliance Framework in their excellent book Ethical Business Practice and Regulation and Richard Judge for first mentioning it to me over coffee!)

The green ones don't work quite as well, crowdsourcing other ideas for them and any other aspects!?
