Trust thought for today was inspired by weekend reading of Margaret Heffernan wonderful book Uncharted - How to map the future together. (More on this coming another day.)

She talks about the debate on Lethal Autonomous Weapons defining their criteria under the heading of Meaningful Human Control and how important that framing and corresponding criteria was.

So how about tech governance has as part of its guidance the need for Meaningful Citizen Involvement. Nearly there on the criteria - for another day!
