Trust cultures

Trust thought for today - building a Trust Culture.

Two interesting articles below to add to that mix. Everyone sees through your marketing and organisational bullsh*t, so don't bother, it erodes trust. But being trustworthy is a great idea.

Working on this idea after thinking about trust alot in August that looking at culture through a trust lens is quite interesting. Trusting First as a starting point would be a hallmark of a Trust Culture - challenging and interesting, particularly for control freak bosses and cultures, as we seen from many posts here on LinkedIn.

BT I know that Trust Culture might easily feature on my list of meaningless bullshit two word constructs - (my article looking at both fabulous and terrible bullsh*t constructs below!). But I will stick with it for the moment, no worse than the many 'building an x culture' models out there!
