Trust thought for today - Back to my bullshit erodes trust theme - I give you this for no other reason than it made my day.

"Seagull management" meaning someone who flies in, makes a bunch of noise, shits on everything, and then buggers off again."

Researching humorous ways of talking about negative management behaviours to give them a chance of sticking in the imagination - for a possible presentation to a public sector board.

This gave me actual joy. From 'theotherbowdie' in the comments section of a fairly old, but still depressingly current article on the Guardian - 10 worst examples of management speak. The comments better than the article!
