How can we trust regulators who don’t do their job?

Trust thought for the day - back to our ability to trust civic institutions to do their basic job competently. And when they don’t it undermines trust in government and democracy.

Decades of under investment by privatised companies and lack of assertive enforcement. Who’d have thunk it. Particularly annoying as other agencies, customers, NGOS and others have been banging on about this for decades. Will it change? Let’s see.
