Prove your trustworthiness!

Trust thought for today - Maybe trust is a bit like an iceberg? With all the hard work under the surface and only a small part visible to the world? But not forgetting that you don't exist in isolation, but will be buffeted and shaped by the external environment too.

Worth remembering what is visible on the surface is what you will be judged by - so focus your communications and actions on providing evidence of that trustworthiness.

But most importantly, if there is actually no trustworthiness below the surface, that will soon be obvious in what you say and do.
