Trust thought for today - Values and the Animal Sentience Bill

The Animal Sentience bill is fascinating and complex. Apart from the bleedin obvious which anyone who has ever met an animal will feel odd there is even a conversation, there are interesting issues which the Nuffield Council on Bioethics has been reflecting on.
